Sales Associate

Overview

Analogue Technologies is looking for a motivated and professional Sales Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role is focused on generating new business leads, supporting recruitment operations for U.S. clients, and building strong relationships with companies that require IT staffing or technical services. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of managing communication across email, phone, and LinkedIn. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, persistence, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a structured team.


Responsibilities

The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with U.S. clients, promoting Analogue Technologies’ recruitment and IT services, and helping expand our business pipeline. The role includes researching potential clients, identifying decision-makers, and reaching out to them professionally to present our services. The Sales Associate will coordinate closely with the recruitment team to understand open roles, available candidates, and market trends. They will also assist in preparing proposals, updating CRM records, sending follow-up messages, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects. Additionally, the candidate will support daily sales activities, manage email campaigns, schedule introductory calls with clients, and provide regular progress updates to leadership.


Requirements

 

Candidates must have strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written, as the role involves frequent interaction with U.S.-based companies. A basic understanding of the IT industry, technology roles, and recruitment processes is preferred, though training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and professional email communication. IT Recruiter

Overview

Analogue Technologies is seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to support our U.S. staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles with our U.S. clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong understanding of technology job titles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Full training on U.S. recruitment processes, IT technologies, and client handling will be provided.


Responsibilities

The IT Recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including identifying candidates, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews. Daily responsibilities include sourcing talent through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases; reviewing resumes to match candidates with technical job descriptions; conducting preliminary technical and communication assessments; and presenting qualified candidates to clients. The recruiter will maintain continuous communication with candidates, provide interview preparation, manage submissions, follow-ups, scheduling, and onboarding activities. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in the CRM, updating pipeline reports, collaborating with the Sales Associate and recruitment team, and meeting weekly hiring goals set by leadership. This position focuses heavily on U.S. time-zone communication and requires professionalism, attention to detail, and persistence.


Requirements

Candidates must have strong written and spoken English communication skills, as daily interaction will be with U.S. candidates and clients. A basic understanding of IT technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, Networking, Cybersecurity, and general system administration roles is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided. The ideal candidate is organized, self-driven, and able to meet weekly performance and submission targets. Experience with any U.S. job board (LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter) is a plus, but not required.
